We invite you to learn more about the philosophy of our Firm's work and a brief description of the people who make up the Expert Team. They all communicate fluently in English. On a day-to-day basis, in addition to the specialists mentioned above, we cooperate with a number of experts in various fields, practising not only the legal profession, whose identities we cannot disclose for reasons of professional secrecy.

In the course of 3 years of activity, thanks to the vast experience and trust of our clients, we have conducted over 230 court cases active in the Information Portal of Common Courts of Gdańsk Appellation and other provinces and 97 out-of-court cases, of which 228 court cases were concluded with a positive result for our clients.

The pillar of our work is first and foremost life experience supported by years of acquired legal knowledge and 7 years of legal practice.

Our philosophy is based on the foundation of justice - equality and freedom, which is the natural law of man (morality), which the legislator should derive from. Unjust law does not deserve the name of law - lex iniusta est non lex, and justice must be done, even if the world were to perish - fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.

We base our work on a pragmatic and holistic approach to the services we provide. We offer unconventional solutions, taking advantage of the opportunities offered not only by the Polish legal system, but also European and international ones.

The most important thing for us is the welfare of the client understood in a broad and far-reaching way. We practise our profession honestly on transparent principles of cooperation. Advocate, European Lawyer, MediatorEwa Czerlonek

Founder and owner of the Law Office. Advocate - member of the Pomeranian Bar Association in Gdansk, European lawyer - representing lawyers of Europe, member of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe, mediator entered on the list of permanent mediators at the District Court in Gdansk, and graduate of studies in the field of journalism. Prior to founding the Law Firm, she held positions of President of the Management Board and Director of Tri-City companies.

For years personally involved in commercial, enforcement and family law. Currently, based on the acquired theoretical and practical knowledge, but above all on years of life experience, she runs one of the fastest growing law firms in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, also operating on the international market. The successes achieved are the result of professionalism, negotiation skills, as well as character and personality.

In her private and professional life, she is guided primarily by elementary principles of social justice, including the right to freedom and equality of every human being.

Trainee AdvocateKatarzyna Piaścik

A graduate of Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk and Management with a specialization in Investments and Real Estate at the University of Gdańsk. During her studies, she was repeatedly awarded the rector's scholarship for the results achieved. From 2021, a member of the Pomeranian Bar Association in Gdańsk.

She gained practical professional skills already as a student, cooperating with law firms and law firms in Gdańsk, where she gained experience in various areas of law. Her area of special interest is criminal law. Privately, passionate about horses and equestrian, for many years an active equestrian competitor in the discipline of show jumping.
